What is Interfaith Ministry and the services it covers?

Interfaith Ministry is committed to the integrity of the individual and the individual’s own spiritual search. It honors all paths leading toward a deepening of one’s relationship with the “Higher Power,” God, Goddess, Oneness, Spirit,…with all of life. This mystery of life, its meaning and purpose, is the basis of Interfaith.

Interfaith Ministers are ordained and licensed to perform a wide range of ministerial functions, from developing and designing worship services to performing various ceremonies and rites of passage, to offering spiritual counseling, coaching, healing, and spiritual education training. It is a rewarding path that honors the divine in all. While remaining true to one’s own faith system, it allows others to follow the spiritual path that is uniquely right and divinely suited for them.

“My personal orientation is rooted in the training and tradition of Paramhansa Yogananda and, as a Kriya yogi and spiritual disciple of Yogananda, I am particularly interested in helping people learn to deepen their relationship with God through scientific meditation and related practices. However, this by no means limits my capability to meet people where they are at and work with them in ways that are spiritually meaningful, relevant, and nourishing for them.”—Rev. Alan Pritz
